Invite Your Team

Collaborate by inviting teammates to your UI Zap workspace and assigning appropriate roles.

Invite members

  1. Open the Team section in the sidebar (under Workspace & Admin).
  2. Click “Invite member”.
  3. Enter the email address(es) of your teammates and choose a role: Admin, Member, or Viewer.
  4. Send the invite(s).

Roles and access

  • Admin
    • Add and remove members for all roles.
    • Manage billing and workspace settings.
  • Member
    • Use the Chrome extension to capture bugs (screenshots, video, instant replay).
    • Send reports to UI Zap and connected destinations (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Slack).
  • Viewer
    • View all tickets in the workspace, including metadata, reproduction steps, and logs.

After you send invites

  • Invites are delivered by email. Once teammates follow the link and sign up, they are added to your workspace automatically.
