Data Retention & Deletion

Retention policy

  • During the beta period, UI Zap retains data for one year.
  • After beta, retention will depend on the selected plan; details will be published with pricing.

Deletion

  • You can request deletion of specific data or an entire workspace by contacting [email protected].
  • We will confirm and process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Backups & recovery

  • We maintain periodic backups. Target recovery objectives (RPO/RTO) will be documented before GA.
