We design UI Zap to protect customer data while providing the context needed to resolve bugs quickly.

Encryption

• In transit: all traffic to UI Zap services uses HTTPS/TLS.
• At rest: stored data is encrypted at rest in our storage layers.

Access controls

• Principle of least privilege for systems and operators.
• Separate environments for development and production.
• Access is logged and audited.

Data residency

• We are evaluating regional hosting options. Final locations and data residency choices will be shared prior to GA.

Secrets & keys

• Service credentials and API keys are stored securely and rotated regularly.
